This experience is designed for women who desire a calm, informed, and sovereign birth—led not by fear, but by faith and facts working together.

1. Intentional Prenatal Preparation
(2 comprehensive sessions – in-person or virtual)
We prepare you beyond a typical birth plan—so you can move through birth with clarity, not fear.
• Physiological birth education rooted in evidence + real understanding
• Informed consent navigation so you can make empowered decisions
• Personalized birth mapping + Golden Hour planning
• Nervous system regulation, breathwork, and mindset support
• Partner preparation + hands-on comfort techniques
• Gentle birth education for unmedicated or low-intervention birth
• Faith-centered guidance + prayerful support (if desired)
• Late pregnancy alignment + at-home labor preparation
2. Continuous Labor & Birth Support
You are supported with both calm presence and grounded discernment.
• On-call beginning at 37 weeks
• Early labor virtual guidance to help you stay home longer
• Continuous in-person support through active labor + birth
• 1–3 hours immediate postpartum support
• Evidence-based comfort measures + positioning
• Calm, respectful advocacy within hospital systems (including Kaiser)
• A steady presence rooted in faith, wisdom, and truth—not fear-based narratives
3. Postpartum Integration & Recovery
(3 in-home sessions – up to 3 hours each)
Because how you feel after birth matters just as much as how you birth.
• Physical recovery + nervous system support
• Breastfeeding guidance + newborn confidence
• Emotional processing of your birth experience
• Babywearing guidance + hands-on support
• Postpartum planning + home rhythm support

Private Birth Experience: $3,000
• Payment plans available
• Carrot Fertility reimbursement eligible
• Kaiser clients may qualify for partial reimbursement via Loula coordination

Pricing
At Temple & Terrain Birthworks, we believe in providing transparent and flexible pricing options for our doula services. We offer a flat-rate (starting at $45 per hour) and set-rate packages for prenatal meetings and overnight-care. All can be tailored to meet the diverse needs of expectant mothers and during the postpartum stage. Our services are accepted by many insurance providers including LA Care, Blue Cross and Medi-Cal.
Our Birth Doula Package includes prenatal visits, continuous labor support, and a postpartum follow-up, all designed to empower you through the birthing process. This package is available for a flat fee, allowing you to prepare without any hidden costs.
